How To Rent
If you are wanting to rent a unit, please visit the
"Rent Storage" Tab. Once there, view the site map, and towards the bottom of the page, you can see the units that are currently available. Please let us know if a unit you are looking for is not available, and you can be placed in a waiting list. Once you have selected the unit you wish to rent, you will be prompted to create an account and enter payment information to complete your rental.
Being a Renter
Once you have successfully made your first payment, you will receive an email with instructions on your gate code. Please fell free to move in any time after you receive the email. You will need to provide your own lock for your storage unit, and we do not have the facilities to hold locks for sale on the premises. Please note that after you have rented your unit, the card you have used to complete your purchase will be enrolled in auto-draft automatically. If you would like this not to happen and to use your own method of payment, please log into your account before the second month's payment is due, and turn that feature off. This will give you the ability to make payments by your preferred method.
Moving Out
We request that any renters moving out please call us as soon as possible so that we can schedule a move out date. This allows for the managers to inspect the unit after moving out, and also to turn your account off so that any auto draft that you may have linked to your account be turned off before the next month's payment is due. If you move out WITHOUT giving notice to Fountain Plaza Storage first, you will be charged on your regular schedule because they have no knowledge of your departure.
